Selma Valentine is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Maryland.

Order Processing

Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Our processing time does not include weekends or holidays.  Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS).

Selma Valentine ships to all 50 states, U.S. Territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa) as well as International countries around the world*.

*International Orders

Selma Valentine has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Selma Valentine. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us by e-mail at sales@selmavalentine.com, so that we may assist you with your concern. We will accept return of any product(s) if it is received at our mailing address within ten (10) days after the delivery date. Please note that we do not offer credit back to any charge card used for a purchase. A store credit for a return will be issued for the amount of the purchase price only and will not include any shipping costs. We will credit your account with a Kohana's store credit in the amount of the original purchase price, which will be valid for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.  You may apply the credit to the purchase of any product(s).
